The Sundance Film Festival is in full force right now, and so is ChefDance 2018 at Sundance, the premier dinner series at the Hollywood event. I got the chance to get a preview of the dinner series at the gorgeous home of Chefdance CEO Mimi Kim before the event celebrates its 15th year in Utah.
The preview evening’s menu was prepared by Michelin Starred, Chef Luigi Fineo, who featured tastes of what to expect at Chefdance 2018 where he will kick off Night 1 as the opening chef of the event. ChefDance boasts renowned chefs and fantastic food in an event environment. A ChefDance invitation has become the most coveted invite at the Sundance Film Festival.
ChefDance invites great guests, companies, and chefs to celebrate food, culture, and film enthusiasts in an exclusive setting. As the official partner of Sundance 2018, ChefDance will take place January 18th through January 22nd featuring a robust lineup of chefs and guests.
Chef Luigi served up starters Wild caught Salmon with a bright champagne vinaigrette & Brussels sprouts; and plugra poached main lobster lollipops & roasted Oregano lamb skewers. The main course featured Roasted beef tenderloin on scallion smashed potatoes topped with a fried quail egg; Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese; Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms and Black Truffles. For dessert, an assortment of fruit tarts was served.
