With Mother’s Day coming up this weekend, I got the chance to preview Napa Valley Grille’s Mother’s Day menu. The three-course special menu that will be available for $45/person from open to 3:00pm on Sunday, May 14th and these dishes will only be available on the holiday, so definitely try them while you can! Chef Kenny Spost and his team have cooked up a delicious selection of dishes to celebrate with that special parent in your life.
The menu includes:
Watermelon Gazpacho (mint, grilled pineapple, lemon, Parmesan)
Baby Beet & Burrata Salad (arugula, toasted pine nuts, tarragon vinaigrette)
Chicken Liver Tartine (pecan-raisin bread, onion-thyme jam, San Andreas goat cheese, peppercress)
Steel Head Trout (farrotto, roasted eggplant, mizuna, lemon vinaigrette)
Braised Pork Chilaquiles (guajillo & ancho peppers, scrambled egg, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso fresco)
Crunchy French Toast (macerated strawberries, powdered sugar, vanilla anglaise sauce)
Passion Fruit Pots de Crème (raspberry jelly, sable cookie)
