It’s about time this blog become, well, a blog again, right? Now that I’m full-time job-less and on the hunt for my next adventure (hire me!), I’m trying to devote time to the things I’ve neglected for the past 2 years due to full-time, all-consuming employement…including this blog. But enough about me. I was lucky enough to attend the 2020 Japanese Food Expo, hosted by the JFCA on Jan. 25, 2020, thanks to my friends at the Sushi Chef Institute in Torrance. Held at the Loews Hollywood Hotel, the event was filled with tons of food representing many different regions of Japan, including street food, green teas, honey, sushi made by a robot, hand rolls, and so much more.
