I’ve always driven by Spice Affair on La Cienega’s Restaurant Row and been so curious to try their modern Indian cuisine. So when I finally got the chance to dine at Spice Affair in Beverly Hills, I wasn’t disappointed. The gorgeous restaurant serves up equally picturesque and delicious dishes by Michelin recommended Anupam Bhatia and La Confrerie de La Chaine des Rotisseurs Bronze Medal Winner Nimish Bhatia. It’s no wonder USA Today‘s 10Best.com named Spice Affair as one of the best Indian restaurants in Los Angeles.
It’s so hard to pick a favorite among the plates I tried there for lunch: Butter Chicken, Potato and Pea Samosas, Artichoke Hearts from Tandoor, Truffle Chicken, Saag, Naan, and so much more. And for those who are worrying about actual spicy-ness, no need — Spice Affair’s dishes were just the right amount of spice and filled with flavor. For dessert, I checked out the lunch buffet bar, where I secured myself some Mango Mousse and Halwa. So good.
Thanks so much to Carl and the Spice Affair team for a great meal! Check out the video above and the photos below for more.
